I'm a strategic and mission-driven leader operating at the intersection of behavioral health, organizational operations, and executive leadership.

My journey began in human services β€” supporting individuals impacted by incarceration, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders. Through that work, a broader vision emerged: to influence change not just at the individual level, but within the systems and organizations that deliver care.

With an MBA from Louisiana State University, over 15 years of Operational Management experience, and a proven record of stakeholder success, I bring executive-level strategy grounded in real-world impact. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Touro University Worldwide alongside a Master's in Counseling Psychology (MFT/LPCC track) at National University.
