Strategic consulting at the intersection of human behavior and organizational operations β empowering leaders, behavioral health systems, and mission-driven organizations to grow with clarity, purpose, and sustainability.
I'm a strategic and mission-driven leader operating at the intersection of behavioral health, organizational operations, and executive leadership.
My journey began in human services β supporting individuals impacted by incarceration, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders. Through that work, a broader vision emerged: to influence change not just at the individual level, but within the systems and organizations that deliver care.
With an MBA from Louisiana State University, over 15 years of Operational Management experience, and a proven record of stakeholder success, I bring executive-level strategy grounded in real-world impact. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Touro University Worldwide alongside a Master's in Counseling Psychology (MFT/LPCC track) at National University.
"What sets my work apart is the integration of behavioral science, clinical experience, and executive-level business strategy β allowing organizations to not only grow, but to grow with purpose and sustainability."
A signature framework built from 15+ years at the intersection of human behavior and organizational performance.
Every engagement is tailored to your organization's unique needs. No cookie-cutter solutions β just honest, strategic partnership that moves the needle.
Across behavioral health organizations, nonprofits, and community-based programs, my work consistently drives measurable change.
Perspectives on behavioral health strategy, organizational leadership, and the systems that shape human outcomes.
Too often, behavioral health systems are designed with a clinical-first mindset but without the operational infrastructure needed to sustain growth and performance. Leaders are promoted based on clinical excellence rather than operational readiness, leaving gaps in workflow efficiency, performance management, and strategic planning.
Additionally, workforce burnout is frequently addressed as an individual issue rather than a systemic one. High caseloads, unclear expectations, and limited leadership support contribute to environments where even the most dedicated professionals struggle to perform at their best.
To move forward, organizations must begin to view operations as an extension of care β not separate from it. Effective systems, clear processes, and strong leadership are not administrative luxuries; they are essential components of quality care.
When behavioral health organizations strengthen their operational foundation, they do more than improve efficiency β they enhance the quality, consistency, and impact of the care they provide.
Clinical professionals are trained to understand human behavior, emotional regulation, and therapeutic interventions. Business leaders are trained to optimize systems, manage resources, and drive performance. When these disciplines operate in silos, organizations experience breakdowns.
Bridging this gap requires a shift in perspective. Business strategy must be informed by behavioral insight, and clinical practice must be supported by strong operational systems.
The future of behavioral health leadership lies in interdisciplinary thinking. Leaders who can navigate both clinical and operational landscapes are uniquely positioned to build systems that support staff, enhance client care, and drive organizational success.
The reality is that burnout is most often a reflection of systemic dysfunction. Leaders are expected to manage high demands with limited resources, navigate complex regulatory environments, and support teams experiencing their own levels of stress.
Addressing burnout requires organizations to look inward. This includes evaluating workload distribution, clarifying roles and expectations, and ensuring that leaders have access to the tools and support necessary to succeed.
Burnout is not a weakness in leadership β it is a signal that the system needs to change.
